The Prophecy Tablet Puzzles require you to solve puzzles by rearranging objects to create a given shape. You will have to use the given fragments and assemble the objective (sample) image given to you for each puzzle. You will encounter some puzzles during your main story quest and some by exploring the fascinating world of Amphoreus. The 16 Prophecy Tablet Puzzles are a combination of these puzzles found all over Amphoreus, with an individual in-game effect upon completion. We recommend you play as ‘Acheron‘. You will find the Prophecy Tablet Puzzles distributed in:

- 7 in ‘Abyss of Fate’ Janusopolis

All 4 Prophecy Tablet Puzzles In Strife Ruins Castrum Kremnos
Prophecy Tablet Puzzle #1- Bolt Quietus
The first Prophecy Tablet Puzzle will be activated as you progress through the main story quest and in the ‘Wasteland, Harck Back Glory of Gold‘ quest. To start the first puzzle, interact with the Prophecy Tablet by clicking on ‘Investigate‘. Once you drag and align the fragments according to the base image given to you, the puzzle will be completed. If you are stuck, follow these steps:
- Align the square onto the center.
- Place the 2 small triangles at the left and right corners of the square.
Effect: Thunderclouds will become weaker
Prophecy Tablet Puzzle #2- Gate Unlock
This puzzle also will be a part of the main story quest and under Wasteland, Harck Back Glory of Gold. Follow the main story quest waypoint marker and interact with the Prophecy Tablet to start the 2nd puzzle. Follow these steps to complete the puzzle:
- Overlap the 2 triangles with the big hypotenuses facing each other.
- Align the triangle pointing left to the upper left side, and the triangle pointing right to the upper right side of the previous 2 triangles.
Effect: The door will open
Prophecy Tablet Puzzle #3- Harvest
For the third puzzle, open your ‘Star Rail Map’ and select Strife Ruins Castrum Kremnos. Click and navigate to the ‘Prophecy Tablet‘ which will be denoted as a puzzle icon at level ‘B1‘. Interact with the Prophecy Tablet to start the puzzle. Complete the puzzle using the following steps:
- Drag the bottom square slightly onto the big square.
- Drag the big square down merging all the squares.
- Use the 2 squares on the left and right to overlap the big and bottom squares creating the desired design.
Effect: A chest will appear
Use Zagreus Hand to create a bridge through which you can access the Bountiful Treasure, which will reward you with:
- Poet’s Star-Studded Skirt x1
- Stellar Jade x20
- Lost Gold Fragment x3
- Traveller’s Guide x1
- Scholar’s Felt Snowboots x1

Prophecy Tablet Puzzle #4- Harvest
Head to the ‘F2’ level for the next puzzle. Select the puzzle symbol and follow the waypoint marker. Interacting with the Prophecy Tablet will start the puzzle. To complete the puzzle follow the below steps:
- Drag the top square and place it onto the center of the design stencil.
- Use the bottom left and right triangles and place them onto the squares on the stencil, merging them.
- Put the top right triangle at the end of the design and the top left triangle at the beginning of the design.
Effect: A chest will appear
You will receive a Bountiful Treasure containing:

Prophecy Tablet Puzzle #5- Blockage Unsealed
You will come across this puzzle while playing the quest ‘Night Veil, Shroud the Silent Past’. Interact with the Prophecy Tablet to start the puzzle. Follow the below steps to complete the puzzle:
- Drag and drop the big triangle onto the 2 triangles facing upwards stencil.
- Use the bottom left triangle and place it onto the top of the big triangle.
- Take the bottom right triangle and place it onto the center of the design.
Effect: It will open a door
Prophecy Tablet Puzzle #6- Ebb And Flow
Teleport to the ‘Everdream Gate’ and enter the room with scales for the next puzzle. This puzzle will require a little effort. You will have to control ‘Zagreus Hand‘ to grab a boulder weight and place it on the rightmost weighing scale, then make your way up a level and use ‘Janus Hidden Passage (III)’ to teleport to the opposite side (secret passage) and access the Prophecy Tablet. To solve this puzzle, you will have to follow the below steps:
- Place the bottom left triangle on the left design stencil, and the bottom right triangle on the right design stencil.
- Next, overlap these two triangles with the 2 top right and left triangles.
Effect: A platform will emerge
Prophecy Tablet Puzzle #7- Balance
The next Prophecy Tablet will be very close to the previous one, go ahead and turn right and you will find the Prophecy Tablet. Solving this puzzle will require you to follow the below steps:
- Drag the bottom left triangle onto the left triangle stencil, and the bottom right triangle onto the right triangle stencil.
- Use the two top left and right triangles to overlap the right triangle which you just placed.
Effect: The weights will return
Prophecy Tablet Puzzle #8- Reveal
Go to the rightmost corner of the level you are on to access the next puzzle. You will have to follow the below steps to complete the puzzle:
- Drag and drop the bottom left triangle on the left triangle stencil and similarly for the bottom right triangle.
- Place the top right triangle towards the bottom center of the above 2 placed triangles.
- Similarly place the top right triangle overlapping the above triangle.
Effect: Blockage leading to treasure chests will disappear
To claim the chest, use Zagreus’s Hand to place the triangular weight onto the leftmost scale, and pick up the boulder that you had earlier placed onto the rightmost scale. Go down a level and stand on the rightmost scale which will take you towards the chests. You will find 2 chests:
- Basic Treasure, containing Janus Gift, Stellar Jade x5, Adventure Log x3, Lost Gold Fragment x1, Scholars Tweed Jacket x1, Poet’s Dill Wreath x1, Celestial Ambrosia x15, and Credit x750.
- Bountiful Treasure, containing Scholars Auxilary Knuckle x1, Stellar Jade x20, Lost Gold Fragment x3, Travellers Guide x1, Scholars Silver-Rimmed Monocle x1, Poet’s Dill Wreath x1, Celestial Ambrosia x30, Credit x3700
Prophecy Tablet Puzzle #9- Harvest
To find the next Prophecy Tablet, teleport to the Silent Shroud again and then head to the center of the hall with the puzzle marker and follow the waypoint marker. Keep making your way inside by unlocking doors and going up a level till you see the Janus Hidden Passage beacon. Access it and teleport to the opposite side to find the Prophecy Tablet on the left-hand side.
- Drag the top center square to the center of the stencil.
- Drag the bottom right triangle onto the right side of the square.
- Align the triangle to the immediate right onto the above triangle.
- Place the bottom left triangle onto the left side of the square.
- Drag the bottom triangle onto the left side of the above triangle.
- Place the top left square onto the center of the design.
Effect: A Bountiful Chest will appear

Prophecy Tablet Puzzle #10- Crrk?
The next Prophecy Tablet is found when you teleport to ‘Dreamshroud Mausoleum‘. This puzzle will not have a pre-designed shape (no stencil). The 10 ‘Creation Nymphs‘ will have to be unlocked to get the hints for this puzzle. But fear not, we have got the solution for you.
- Drag the top square and place it onto the left half of the big square in the center.
- Drag the left-hand triangle and place it below the above triangle and onto the big square.
- Place the right-hand square above the 2nd triangle and onto the big square.
- Drag the top part of the square below (made up of 2 triangles), and place it at the bottom center of the big square
- Place the bottom part of the square (now a triangle) onto the previous input.
Effect: Oracle’s Veil will be revealed
This will reward you with: Scholar’s Silver-Rimmed Monocle x1 and ‘Abyss of Fate’ Hymm Table x1
Prophecy Tablet Puzzle #11- Lie Becomes Truth
Teleport to Silent Shroud to find another Prophecy Tablet. Upon teleporting you will find the Prophecy Tablet on the left-hand side.
- Drag the top right triangle onto the left extreme part of the stencil, covering it in half, and drag the top square onto the right of the previous triangle so that their corners touch each other in the center.
- Place the 2 bottom left and right triangles onto the center of the senticil.
- Lastly, drag the top left triangle onto the square placed earlier on the stencil.
All 2 Prophecy Tablet Puzzles In Eternal Holy City Okhema
Prophecy Tablet Puzzle #12- Wounds as a Remedy
This puzzle is part of a side quest. Open your Star Rail Map, select Eternal Holy City Okhema, and navigate to ‘Once I was in Arcadia‘ at the F1 level. After talking to the NPCs a small cutscene will appear. Once the cutscene is over, access the Prophecy Tablet to start the puzzle.
- Drag the top left slanting square and place it on the bottom left side of the stencil, and similarly, the top right slanting square should be placed on the bottom right side of the stencil, overlapping the 2 squares.
- Place the bottom diamond-shaped square onto the center of the stencil
Effect: Space-Time rewinds
Prophecy Tablet Puzzle #13- Insight is Blindness
Navigate to ‘Disquieting Dream’ to find the next Prophecy Tablet also in a side quest. Follow the waypoint marker leading to the Prophecy Tablet.
- Drag the bottom right and left triangles and place them on the right and left sides of the stencil overlapping each other.
- Place the top right triangle onto the above left-placed triangle overlapping each other, and similarly the top left triangle on the right triangle.
Effect: Memory will Emerge

Prophecy Tablet Puzzle #14- Structural Stimulation
Use your Star Rail Map and select Bloodbathed Battlefront Castrum Kremnos. This is part of the main story quest. Select ‘Kremnos, Cleanse Thy Rusted Blood‘ as your waypoint marker and navigate to it. You will find the Prophecy Tablet in the center of the hall.
- Drag the bottom right triangle and place it onto the stencil, then place the above square halfway onto the triangle.
- Lastly, place the bottom right triangle onto the top visible part of the square (which currently looks like a triangle).
Effect: “The stone ball will still”
Prophecy Tablet Puzzle #15- Harvest
Make your way up a level and follow the puzzle waypoint marker where you will find the Prophecy Tablet on the right-hand side. You will be met with resistance by enemies, and defeat them to earn rewards. To complete the puzzle you will have to follow the below steps:
- Drag the left big square into the center of the stencil and the top square onto the top part of the big square.
- Place the right-hand square onto the right part of the big square and the bottom square onto the left part of the big square.
Effect: A chest will appear

Make your way a level above to find the Prophecy Tablet on the right side near blue-colored statues. You will have to make the following moves to solve the puzzle:
- Place the top square in the middle of the stencil
- Drag and drop the top left and right triangles onto the left and right sides of the above-placed square.
- Merge the bottom two triangles onto the center of the stencil.
Effect: The road ahead is cleared (obstructions removed)
