Players have a lot to do in the very beginning of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, and Invaders is one such side quest available quite early on. The game has well-written side quests in general, but Invaders has an exceptionally unique plot. This guide will cover all you need to know about one of the earliest side quests in the game.
Talk with the innkeeper Betty in Troskowitz to begin this quest. You can also happen to run into the actual events of the quest, but the outcome remains similar.
How To Complete Invaders in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2
You need to make sure that the Cumans do not visit Troskowitz again to finish this quest. You must conduct an investigation by talking to multiple people to find out their location, and then make a decision of your own.
Talk to Vuytek

If you got the quest when events are taking place, you need to side with the Cumans temporarily and engage in a brawl with Vuytek. You must then go and visit him at the Apothecary’s courtyard separately, but he doesn’t hold a grudge. Talk to him, and Henry reassures him that he will take care of the Cumans. Vuytek will then tell you that the Semines might know more about the Cumans’ whereabouts. You must agree to let Vuytek go when he surrenders after losing the brawl, else the quest will immediately fail.
Talk to Jan Semine/Captain Gnarly

Head over to the Semine Palace and talk to Sir Jan Semine in his chambers or Captain Gnarly. Both of them aren’t particularly pleased to see you after the wedding, but will still give you the information that Cumans have set up a camp somewhere near the Rocktower Pond. You will also learn about a couple of other people who might know more about it.
Talk to Herdsboy Natan

According to the Captain and Sir Jan, Natan is a nosy fellow, and is sure to know if something new or unusual is happening in the area. Go to a meadow nearby, which is the spot where he feeds his cattle. He is usually seen sitting under a giant tree. Upon talking to him, he confirms that the Cumans have indeed set up a camp by the Rocktower Pond, although these ones appear to be different than others.
Talk to Herbwoman Bozhena

Go to Bozhena’s place and ask her about the Cumans. She also confirms the exact location of the Cuman camp, but warns Henry to be wary of them, and not get involved in the matter much.
Note: Talking to either Natan or Bozhena locks you out of the option of talking to the other, but both of them mark the accurate location of the camp. It also doesn’t have an impact on the outcome.
Talk to the Cumans

Make your way to the Nomad’s camp, and you will see a path going down just at the entrance. Take this path and you will eventually come across a camp settlement that looks to be Cuman. Talk to their leader Vasko and exhaust all his dialogue options. Try and stay positive during the conversation, after which he will offer you a drink.

After you are done, Vasko will tell you that one of the members, Jasak, has fallen in love with a nomad girl. However, nothing can be done as both of them don’t understand each other’s language. Offer to help, and you will need to go with Jasak to talk with the nomad girl. The next section requires you to have a charisma of at least 18. You must use skill checks and translate what Jasak is saying to the woman. It doesn’t matter what you choose as long as you successfully win the skill checks. You will be stopped by a drunk nomad on your way back, so tell him it was nothing to keep things friendly.

Tell Vasko about the interaction, and he will invite you to celebrate with some alcohol he ‘borrowed’ from Sigismund’s camp. After your conversation by the bonfire, he asks you to accompany him get some more alcohol from the woodcutters. Start strolling up the path and sing with him for some extra reputation. He will eventually pass out near a black dog.

Under the influence of strong Cuman liquor, Henry will be able to interact with the dog. The dog talks about the deep psychological meaning of life, and points you towards the stash of booze. It is in a crevice between two giant rocks. Vasko will be gone when you return, so head back to the Cuman camp alone. Talk to Vasko, and tell him about what you just experienced. You now have a chance to win multiple skill checks for a lot of reputation gain.

After some more drunk shenanigans, Henry ends up in a pond as a part of a challenge. Since it is made clear at the very beginning of the game that he can’t swim, you just need to wait until the Cumans get you on dry land. Once you make it, you can finally get around the subject of Troskowitz. Talk about it the first chance you get, and provided you indulged with the Cumans throughout the quest, Vasko promises never to return there again.
Go back to Vuytek and talk to him the next day. If you are too hungover to sprint or walk straight, consume a Hair o’ the dog potion. Now you can either lie and tell him you killed them, or speak the truth. In any case, he gives you 25 groschen and the quest ends.
Tip: You can alternatively choose to kill everyone right as you reach the Cuman camp. However, they are tough enemies and you most likely won’t be geared up enough to deal with them. If you manage to do so, you can use their beds. You can’t sleep and save here unlike the other beds you own, but it is a good resting point to get a good night’s sleep, especially if you haven’t completed the Miri Fajta quest and secured a bed in the Nomad camp.
