A Musicfly is a flying musical note in the form of a fly-like creature that can be found in the Rinacita region of Wuthering Waves 2.0. All you need to do to collect these Musicfly is to hit them with any attack.
Hitting these Musicfly will let you claim a musical note, which will then be added to your soundtrack, which you can enjoy in the Archive of Melodies. Most of these Musicflies are easy to find and are divided by regions, with each region having a few Musicflies that you can collect in one go.

All Musicfly Locations In Whisperwind Haven
Whisperwind Haven No. 1
- Musicbox Name: Wind-kissed Haven
- Location: Use a Resonance Beaon to get to Egla Town and head north till you come across some fields towards the northwest side of town. Here you will find a large Musicfly easily visible as it stands out in the grass fields. Hit this Musicfly and click the Obtain button to collect the music note.
Whisperwind Haven No. 2
- Musicbox Name: Where Wind Whispers
- Location: Travel to the Resonance Nexus east of the Order of the Deep in Whisperwind Haven and keep going northeast until you come across some small ruined houses. You will find another Musicfly here, which will drop you its music box when attacked.
Whisperwind Haven No. 3
- Musicbox Name: Curtains Up For Reveries
- Location: The last Musicfly in Whisperwind Haven is found by going to the Resonance Nexus in the Silver Moon Grove Island towards the north of Rinascita. You will then need to head northwest for a while until you come across the final Musicfly.
All Musicfly Locations In Nimbus Sanctum
Nimbus Sanctum No. 1
- Musicbox Name: A Dream Soaked in Mist
- Location: Use the Resonance Nexus to get to the Atrium of Reflections in Nimbus Sanctum, and head northwest till you come across a lake. You will find the Musicfly flying around near a lampost near the lake, and you need to hit it with any attack to claim its music box.
Nimbus Sanctum No. 2
- Musicbox Name: The Midnight Elegy
- Location: You can find this Musicfly by teleporting to the Resonance Beacon in Averardo Vault, near the Sentry Construct Boss, and then heading west. The Musicfly will be found near a bridge, next to a pink tree.
Nimbus Sanctum No. 3
- Musicbox Name: Merry Plushies Friend
- Location: The Merry Plushies Friend Music box is located near the Pegasus-Fish statue, towards the extreme north of Nimbus Sanctum. Rather than chasing after this Musicfly, it can be a good idea to stay in one place, such as the statue, wait for the Musicfly to come towards you, and attack it as soon as it gets close.

Averardo Vault No. 1
- Musicbox Name: The Idyllic Refuge
- Location: This Musicfly can also be found nearby where you found The Midnight Elegy as it is located on a bridge leading to the Sentry Construct Boss area and the Averardo Vault.
Averardo Vault No. 2
- Musicbox Name: Efficiency is Wealth
- Location: The Efficiency is Wealth Musicbox is located to the northwest of the main Averardo Vault area, and towards the north of the Sentry Construct Boss area. Search around the fountain area, near the waterfall, next to Aria Mummer.
Averardo Vault No. 3
- Musicbox Name: Save Me From the Tides of Mundanity
- Location: Another Musicfly that can be found in the Averardo Vault area is this one, which is located on the tower to the west of the Sentry Construct area, and it should be very easy to find.
All Musicfly Locations In Fagaceae Peninsula
Fagaceae Peninsula No. 1
- Musicbox Name: Lost on the Pilgrim’s Path
- Location: This is one of the toughest Musicflies to find in Wuthering Waves, and it is found in a chamber in the Oakheart Highcourt. You can get this Musicfly by getting to the main maze room in the Oakheart Highcourt and starting the board challenge. Once you start the game, you will need to move the black piece closest to you to the bottom left corner. This will open a hidden chamber that you can then enter to find this elusive Musicfly.

Fagaceae Peninsula No. 2
- Musicbox Name: Gondola’s Journey
- Location: Head southeast from the Resonance Beacon near the Oakheart Highcourt Maze, and you will come across a large, orange tree, growing on top of a pillar. You will find this Musicfly hovering near this tree.
Fagaceae Peninsula No. 3
- Musicbox Name: Where Oracles Are No Longer Heard
- Location: The last Musicfly in the Fagaceae Peninsula is found towards the eastern side of the map, on a very small island near the Coast of Anticipation. This Musicfly can also be easily spotted as the Island doesn’t contain much except this Musicfly and a Sonance Casket.
All Musicfly Locations In Penitent’s End
Penitent’s End No. 1
- Musicbox Name: The Day of Final Rest
- Location: Teleport to the Resonance Nexus in Penitent’s End and head southwest. This will lead you to a blue-glowing tree, around which you can find this Musicfly
Penitent’s End No. 2
- Musicbox Name: Wrecked and Stranded
- Location: The Musicfly with the Wrecked and Stranded Musicbox is found by teleporting to the Resonance Nexus in Penitent’s End and heading northeast till you come across a cliff. Jump down from this cliff and you will find this Musicfly on the first platform.
Penitent’s End No. 3
- Musicbox Name: Song of the Fools
- Location: The third Musicfly in Penitent’s End is the easiest one to find, as it is located just to the east of the Wrecked and Stranded Musicfly. You can find this Musicfly on a path on the route to The Strand.
All Musicfly Locations In Thessaleo Fells
Thessaleo Fells No. 1
- Musicbox Name: Waves Sing Goodnight
- Location: This Musicfly can be found inside a ruin, towards the northeastern side of the Thessaleo Fells region. The best way to get here is to teleport to the Resonance Beacon to the north of the Twin Peaks and then head north. Climb the ruin once you find it, and you will be able to spot the Musicfly.
Thessaleo Fells No. 2
- Musicbox Name: As Night Sinks into Abyss
- Location: This Musicfly is located towards the northeast of the Garden of the Lost. You will find it in the grass fields, on top of a brown-leafed tree, and it should be pretty easy to spot as you get close to it.
Thessaleo Fells No. 3
- Musicbox Name: When Night Rests on the Cliffs
- Location: You can find the last Musicfly in the Thessaleo Fells region by teleporting to the Resonance Beacon in the Porto-Veno Castle, and heading northeast. This Musicfly is also easily spotted as it is around the fountain in front of the castle, next to the bridge.

Hallowed Reach No. 1
- Musicbox Name: As the Divine Hath Spoken
- Location: There is only one Musicfly in Hallowed Reach, and it can be found by heading north from the bridge at Requiem Ravine. You will come across this Musicfly near a small fountain as you keep following this path.
