Freedom Wars Remastered is a remake of the original PlayStation Vita game for the Nintendo Switch. This monster-hunting RPG is a brilliant adaptation of the classic and includes most of the features that made the original so good.
The only thing that Freedom Wars Remastered is missing is a dedicated difficulty system, which can sometimes make the game feel pretty easy for some players. As such, the closest thing to a hard mode in this game is the Deadly Sinner Mode, which we will explain in detail in this article.
What Is The Deadly Sinner Mode in Freedom Wars Remastered?

The Deadly Sinner Mode in Freedom Wars Remastered is a mode that makes it way more difficult to lower your sentence. Although this won’t make the game impossibly difficult, as it is still possible to complete without getting your sentence down to zero, it will definitely add a challenge that can be much needed for some players.
These are the following things that the Deadly Sinner Mode changes in Freedom Wars Remastered:
- Infractions add a lot more years to your sentence
- Adds Unique Entitlements
- The amount of time given for each Operation decreased
- Although the same amount of Entitlement Points are given for donating resources, it takes fewer years off your prison sentence
How To Activate Deadly Sinner Mode In Freedom Wars Remastered?

You can easily activate the Deadly Sinner Mode in Freedom Wars Remastered by heading to the Window of Liberty in your cell and toggling the Deadly Sinner Application. Although You can toggle this mode on and off throughout any point in the game, it is recommended to stick to one setting throughout your runs, as it comes with certain repercussions as well.
Anytime you turn on the Deadly Sinner mode, Entitlements such as the Right to Rest, Right to Remain Silent, Right to Run, Right to Unsupervised Activity and Right to Retain Items will disappear from the game and will have to be purchased once again if you switch the mode back to normal. As these Entitlements can come at a heavy price, it is best to stick to one setting throughout your runs, unless you’re looking for even more of a challenge.
