The Pink Ribbon Eel is one of the rarest fish types in Infinity Nikki as it can only be caught during the Lucky Fishing Day Event, which began on December 30th and will last until January 23rd. Turning in these fish can fetch you a great reward, which makes catching them all the more worthwhile.
Although they are part of a limited-time event, catching the Pink Ribbon Eel in Infinity Nikki is very simple as long as you know their spawn locations and conditions. This article will let you know all about these rare creatures and how you can easily catch them.
Pink Ribbon Eel Location In Infinity Nikki

The Pink Ribbon Eel is mostly found along the shores and in the middle of the Silken Lake in Breezy Meadow in Infinity Nikki. While they can spawn in some other locations as well, your best bet to catch some would be to fish near the Leisureely Anglers area, and towards the north of the Swan Gazebo.
You can either choose to fish on the shores, or you can ask the Croaker Boatman to give you a ride deeper into the lake on his lotus leaf boat, which can actually make it easier to catch more of these fish. Once you have reached these fishing spots, look for pink bubbles in the water, which indicate the presence of the Pink Ribbon Eel.
Conditions For The Pink Ribbon Eel To Spawn
Along with restricting your fishing spots to Silken Lake, two other conditions must be met before you can start looking for some Pink Ribbon Eel. These conditions are:
- It needs to be nighttime
- The weather needs to be clear and there need to be shooting stars in the sky.
If you want to speed up the in-game time for it to be night faster, use the Run, Pear Pal app, to skip forward time. Once you have caught fish at a particular location, don’t wait around trying for another one: each location spawns only 1 fish per real-life day.
How To Fish For The Pink Ribbon Eel

Fishing in Infinity Nikki is simple as all you need to do is cast your fishing line wherever you see rippling bubbles in the water and wait for the fish to catch onto your hook. Unlike most other normal fish, the Pink Ribbon Eel produces pink rippling bubbles in the water, which can let you spot them much more easily. Remember to equip the Rippling Serenity Outfit for Fishing.
As these fish have a little more stamina than most others, they will put up a bit of a fight, but it shouldn’t be too difficult. Just be a little patient as there may be plenty of nibbles from common fish before you get a Pink Ribbon Eel, but once the fish icon at the top of your screen turns pink, you will know you have caught one in your hook.
What Are The Rewards For Turning In Pink Ribbon Eel?

You can turn in your Pink Ribbon Eel to Mitcheli on her stall at the docks in Leisureely Anglers at the Fishing Association to get different types of rewards. When you approach her, she will ask for a certain kg. of fish, starting from 2 kgs, and in return, you get 100 Diamonds as a reward. The next time, she asks for 3 kg, and then 5 kg. The rewards that we got for the 10 times that we approached Mitcheli are listed below:
No. | Amount of fish asked by Mitcheli (in kgs) | Rewards |
1 | 2 | 100 Diamonds |
2 | 3 | ‘Only the Willing’ title |
3 | 3 | 55000 Bling |
4 | 3 | 80 Shining Particles |
5 | 3 | 55000 Bling |
6 | 3 | 80 Shining Particles |
7 | 5 | 55000 Bling |
8 | 5 | 80 Shining Particles |
9 | 5 | 55000 Bling |
10 | 5 | 80 Shining Particles |
You can also use the Pink Ribbon Eel to complete some event quest objectives by giving them to certain NPCs. It is recommended to find all the Pink Ribbon Eel you can while the Lucky Fishing Day Event is still active, as there aren’t many better ways to collect Diamonds and Bling in Infinity Nikki.
