The Dirty Seven trophy in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 is one of the rarest trophies in the game and is highly missable. You need to visit several places in the Kuttensberg region and complete the objectives that count towards it. This article will take you through the entire method to gain the trophy easily.
Kingdom Come Deliverance 2: Dirty Seven Trophy Unlock Guide
You need to find all the former gang members of the Dry Devil’s gang during “The Devil’s Pack” main quest to obtain this trophy. This quest is quite long, so make sure to use a saviour schnapp for a manual save before attempting it.
Get Information from Kubyenka

Talk to Kubyenka at The Devil’s Den tavern, and ask him about the people in his gang. Initially, he will only tell you about two members: Matthew and Bohuta. Press him for more information on the rest of his gang, and he reveals there are no precise details about the rest of them. However, he will tell you about their personalities, which hints at where they might be. These members are Adder, Ranyek, and Janosh.
Find Bohuta

Kubyenka tells you Bohuta has left his life of crime after his brother’s death, and is now repenting for his sins in the church at Grund. You can find him at the graveyard or the church outskirts during the day. Interact with him and tell him about your plans. No matter your choices here, he will not be ready to join the gang again. But he does give you information about Ranyek if you ask him about the whereabouts of other gang members. You can also pray with him for a unique treasure map and some positive reputation.
Find Ranyek

According to Bohuta, Ranyek was last seen near Pschitoky. Go to the Lodgings south of Pschitoky, and ask the Innkeeper Wolfram Raus about Ranyek. He will tell you that after losing a lot at dice, Ranyek left the inn with some men from Bylany. While here, you can also ask him about Adder, and he tells you to talk to the Butcher’s wife in Pschitoky.

Head over to Bylany, and speak to the local innkeeper. He directs you to some dice players at a table nearby who might know more about Ranyek. Talk to one of them, and they agree to take you to him. You can either oblige, or inquire more first. Regardless, you quickly learn that Ranyek accidentally drowned himself in a pile of excrement.

If you are very curious, you can “feel” his body while searching through the pile to confirm his death. He can be found near a half-sunken plank, which conveniently looks like a gravestone. Fortunately, there is a trough and laundry nearby to wash yourself before proceeding.
Note: You might end up in a fistfight with the dice players depending on your choices.
Find Adder

Go to Pschitoky, and speak to the Butcher’s wife. She can be found either inside her house or in the courtyard. She tells you how after a series of events, Adder ends up blacked out at her doorstep, which makes her husband furious. He has taken him somewhere in an open field to “take care of him”.

Head towards the lone giant tree in the middle of the field, and when you get close you will see a man hanging by a noose with a few men around him. Again, no matter your choices, the husband indirectly tries to hang him. You need to cut him loose, but since he is flinching too much, you must cut the other end on the tree.

Once down, Adder thanks Henry, and informs him about the whereabouts of Janosh. He says that Janosh is getting punished in Miskowitz for a serious crime.
Find Janosh

Make your way to Miskowitz, and you will immediately see Janosh bound in stocks at the town square. Talk to him and he tells you he engaged in a brawl over stolen food, and is now on his way to a potential death sentence. He wants you to pick the lock and set him free. However, there is a much safer and legal way to do that.

Coincidentally, Kubyenka advises that talking to the bailiff in Miskowitz might give you a better idea of Matthew’s location. With Janosh getting punished here, you can kill two birds with one stone. Head over to his office and talk to Bailiff Crux. He reveals that it wasn’t a petty brawl, but a brutal beatdown on the young lad Loyza by Janosh. He is absolutely against releasing Janosh, so you must offer to treat Loyza to convince him.

Loyza is lying on a bed just beside Crux, so interact with him to start the treatment. Exhaust all the inspection choices, then start the treatment. You need a Buck’s Blood potion and a few bandages to successfully treat Loyza. Choose “Clean and dress his wounds”>” Give Buck’s Blood”>”Finish Treatment”. Talk with the bailiff again, and tell him you treated Loyza. Now pay Janosh’s fine, and you can freely release him from the stocks.
Before you leave, make sure to ask him about Matthew. He tells you that Matthew is mugging people on the route from Miskowitz to Suchdol.
Find Matthew

Instead of searching for Matthew in the large objective area in the forest, you can fast-travel to Suchdol from Miskowitz. He will approach you similar to the bandit events often encountered while fast traveling, so stop and talk to him. He introduces himself as the “King’s Chief Custom Collector”. During the conversation, he makes it clear he has no intention of joining the old gang, as he is happy with his new trade.

After you are done talking about the Devil with him, he will ask for the “customs tax” of a hefty 1000 groschen. If you don’t want to pay, either use skills checks or fight him and his band. Surprisingly enough, he can also teach you about heavy weapons if he is left alive. In any case, you can now head back to the Devil’s Den to reunite with your allies.
Celebrate the Reunion

Head back to the Devil’s Den and talk to Dry Devil to start the celebrations. When you wake up the next day, talk to the Dry Devil again. He is usually outside, near the combat arena. Choose the “What about now” dialogue to complete the quest and get the trophy.
