How To Begin Target! Wish Inspection Center Quest
Interact with Timis near a blocked tunnel north of Wish Pass to begin the Target! Wish Inspection Center quest. The location is in the Wishing Woods in the Heartcraft kingdom. The quest unlocks only after you have finished the Mysterious Wishing Woods quest.
Assisting Timis
For this, you basically need to find her beauty, Gooey Dewsin. You can find it in a tree trunk just behind Timis’s location. Utilize the shrinking ability of the Starlet Burst Outfit to gain access to this item.
After you return it to Timis, the tunnel will be cleared, and you will get access to the Wish Inspection Center. Plus, she will also reward you with the Honey Frosting outfit that will enhance

The Wish Inspection Center
