Miri Fajta is one of the longest side quests in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. It requires you to travel to multiple locations, some of which you might have not visited before. This article covers everything you need to know about this side quest.
How To Start Miri Fajta Quest In Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2

Go to the Nomad’s Camp region in the western portion of the map. From here, you can either talk to Aranka first or directly with the Voivode. Both of them are always inside their camp, so they should be fairly easy to find. Voivode will tell you that his daughter has gone missing, and Aranka saw a vision of a man who looked like Henry saving her. Agree to help him to begin the quest.
Pro Tip: Ensure that you have some kind of Merigold potion before proceeding on the quest, it will come in use.
Miri Fajta Quest Completion Guide

You need to find Marika and bring her back safely in order to complete the Miri Fajta side quest. Start by asking around the camp about Marika’s whereabouts. Now head over to her tent in the camp, and you will find a maroon scarf nearby that belongs to her. If you have Mutt with you, it can be used later on to pinpoint her exact location.

- Speaking to Bozhena: You can now head over to the herbalist Bozhena, although it is not necessary. But she will only help you if you have completed the Bad Blood quest by either siding with her, or coming to a neutral solution. She will tell you that Marika was there with her lover Bohush, but she shortly left. Upon further inquiry, she reveals that Marika might be in a cave room at Apollonia.

- Finding Marika: Apollonia is situated at the far east corner of the map. Once you reach here, if you let Mutt sniff Marika’s scarf, he will pinpoint her location. But don’t worry if you didn’t find Mutt or haven’t brought him along with you. From the location on the map, you will see a very narrow path with a blood trail. Follow the trail and you will eventually reach the cave room and see Marika and Bohush inside.

- Helping Bohush: Talk to Marika and she informs you about the reality of the situation, and requests you to help her lover. With high enough Survival, you can treat him right there instead of following her suggestion of going back to camp and speaking to her mother. You must have any kind of Merigold potion in your inventory to help Bohush. Then she asks you another favor: you must speak with Voivode and get his amulet for Marika’s protection.

- Speaking to Voivode: Go back to the Nomad’s camp and talk to Voivode. He will finally tell you the entire truth about the tensions between the camp and the Semine region, and how one of his sons was killed and another captured. He wants you to free his son and give the other one a proper burial in exchange for the amulet. Travel to Semine and talk to the people here, and someone should tell you that Tibor must be held at the stable hand’s house.

- Freeing Tibor: Enter the courtyard and you will see a barn with a man standing guard outside. You can either bribe him, use skill checks, or get in through a window in the back. If don’t use the back window, you will find the key to the barn sitting on a plank just before you enter the barn. Free him and make a run for it! After you have gone far enough, Tibor will stop and thank you. Talk to him about burying Gejza to proceed.

- Burying Gejza: He will tell you about Gejza’s body, and the spot where he needs to be buried. Head west to the Woodcutter’s camp, and talk to their foreman. Tell him you need to bury the body of a nomad, to which he will bluntly refuse. You can use either skill checks or bribe him to get to the body. Once he agrees, go the the giant tree in front of two stands of drying clothes. Untie him and pick him up, then continue west.

- Speaking to Voivode: Once you reach his burial area, head towards the end of the cliff, and you should see Tribor chanting something in Nomad language. Bury Gejza in the hole next to him, and let things play out. You will eventually be back at the camp in a cutscene, where Voivode tells you he can’t give you the amulet until he has the Letter of Safe Conduct that Marika stole from him.

- Speaking to Marika again: Upon returning to Marika’s cave in Apollonia, you will see it surrounded by wolves. Kill or drive them away, then interact with her. She will tell you why she stole the letter, and offers to tell you the location if you promise to exchange it for the amulet instead of just handing it over to Voivode. If you swear on it, she will give you a specific set of instructions to follow and find the letter.
How To Get Voivode’s Letter Of Safe Conduct

Head exactly to the location shown in the map above, and you will see a tree with a hole and a prompt “Search the tree hollow”. This is the place where Marika has hidden Voivode’s letter of safe conduct. Head back to the Nomad’s camp, but instead of talking to the Voivode, talk to Tibor first. He will tell you that his father is likely to wager the amulet on a bet, instead of just giving it away. Now go and talk to Voivode, and challenge him for the amulet.

The first wager is on a horse race, so train with Mikolai before if you don’t have enough Horsemanship skill. The second one is a fistfight, but Tibor is a heavy defender. He doesn’t attack much, but will block almost all of your attacks. If you lose in one of the two, you can play a game of dice with Voivode. After you have won at least two of the three challenges, he holds his deal of the bargain, which is handing over the amulet to Marika himself.

When both of you go to Marika, Voivode shows a sudden change of nature and acts maturely. This is the best possible outcome of this quest, as you don’t need to betray any side, and your reputation stays positively intact with both of them. After a short celebration cutscene, the quest will end and you will be rewarded.
