Video games have always paid tribute to each other or different pop culture elements throughout history. With the vast open world of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, there are bound to be a lot of easter eggs waiting to be discovered. Let us take a look at some of the most iconic ones. While there are likely to be more, these are the ones that we have discovered so far, we will keep updating this as the gaming community keeps finding them!
One Piece

One Piece is one of the longest-running anime in the industry, and it looks like it has managed to make fans out of the developers over at Warhorse Studios. There is a hat-tip (no pun intended), to the show in the second half of the game. When you get to Kuttenberg and are free to roam again, visit the area shown above, located in the southern portion of the map. Here, you will find a very unique-looking hat sitting on the rock. The hat actually resembles that of Luffy, the main character of the anime One Piece.
UFO

Start going to the edge of the map south of the Nebakov Fortress, until you reach the location shown above. Look around closely and you will find smoke coming out of a corner. You cannot actually reach it, but upon further investigation, you will find it is coming out of a crashed shuttle which clearly looks like a UFO.
Dark Souls Bonfire

It was evident since the first game that the KCD has taken some inspiration from Dark Souls, especially its challenging combat and punishing saves. Although not as brutal as Dark Souls, Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 can be a tough game. To honor their inspiration, the devs have put a souls-style bonfire near the Child’s Grave in the map of the game’s second half, east of Sedletz Monastery.
Let Me Solo Her

Let Me Solo Her was the gaming name of a very prolific player in Elden Ring, who helped players with the most difficult bosses (especially Malenia) in the game with the hilarious outfit of a pot as a helmet, and dual-wield katanas as his weapon of choice. He got a lot of people through the game, and as a token of appreciation, you can find his body with flowers placed on it. You find this easter egg in the forest west of Lower Semine Mill, at the location shown in the image.
Skyrim

Some people refer to the Kingdom Come franchise as a Skyrim simulator. The first-person POV, the medieval fantasy setting, and consequential actions are all very similar to Bethesda’s famous RPG. Instead of ignoring it, Warhorse Studios decided to embrace the accusations, adding one of the most famous memes from Skyrim into their game: “I was an adventurer like you once, then I took an arrow to the knee”. You get this easter egg by talking to Karel arrowhead, found on the path between Grund and Devil’s Den.
Mexican Aliens

There is one more indication to outer world creatures, this time to the southwest of Vidlak Pond. Head to the location shown above, and between some shrubbery and trees, you will find two boxes with skeletons inside it. This is a reference to two bodies found in Mexico in 2023 which were believed to be of aliens. It was later revealed they were regular dolls, just made with bones.
Harry Potter

The Harry Potter films were a part of all of us growing up, and as a tribute to them the devs have added a nice little easter egg west of Vidlak Pond. If you go to the location shown in the image, you will see a skeleton on a broom, with The Golden Snitch in his mouth. Additionally, you can also see a cart stuck in a tree, referencing the flying car scene in Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets.
