Matthew Mercer As Goro Majima – English
Unlike Ugaki, Matthew Mercer has only voiced the character of Majima once before but he still does a brilliant job of conveying his personality. First Summer Uika As Noah Rich – Japanese
The role of Noah Rich is voiced by First Summer Uika in Japanese. Uika is a very popular Jpop star and is known for being a part of bands such as BiS and BILLIE IDLE®︎. She does a great job of playing the role of Noah and fans of Yakuza might recognize her voice from Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name, where she voiced Akame.
Maya Aoki Tuttle As Noah Rich – English
The voice of Noah Rich is provided by Maya Aoki Tuttle, who is a Japanese-American voice actor and musician. She has also a bit of experience in the video game voice acting field, having voiced characters in games such as Destiny 2: Lightfall and Final Fantasy VII Rebirth. You might also recognize her from TV shows such as Dream Productions, where she voices Noriko, and Tokyo Override where she voices Kai Koguma.
Kenji Matsuda As Jason Rich – Japanese

Teruhiko Shigaki is one of the major bosses in Pirate Yakuza and his enigmatic personality is perfectly captured by Munetaka Aoki in the Japanese version of the game. Ironically, Munetaka Aoki has also been involved in the Yakuza Universe before, when he played the role of Goro Majima in the Like a Dragon: YakuzaLike a Dragon: Yakuza mini-series.
Daisuke Tsuji As Teruhiko Shigaki – English
Daisuke Tsuji does an equally good job of voicing Teruhiko Shigaki in the English version of the game. Tsuji recently starred in a TV show called The Night Agent but he is more commonly known in the gaming sphere, for his work in games such as Mortal Kombat 1, where he voiced the iconic character of Scorpion.
Ayumi Tanida As Rodriguez – Japanese
Ayumi Tanida voices the role of Rodriguez in Like A Dragon: Pirate Yakuza and he does a brilliant job. Tanida has also been involved in the Yakuza Universe before, when he voiced Mikisaburo Suzuki in Like a Dragon: Ishin! But Tanida is mostly popular for his amazing acting performances in Tokyo Vice and Alice In Borderland.
Josh Keaton As Rodriguez – English
Josh Keaton, who voices the English version of Rodriguez is one of the most popular voice actors in the game. Matthew Waterson As Mortimer – English
Another actor who is famous for his role in the Marvel Universe is Matthew Waterson, who voices Mortimer in the English dub of the game. Waterson plays the role of Young Magneto in X-Men 97′ and has also appeared in the What If…? series. Yet he is no stranger to video game roles and has provided voiceovers for games such as Doom (2019), Starfield, and Remnant II.
Reina Ueda As Moana Rich – Japanese
The voice of Noah’s sister Moana Rich is provided by Reina Ueda who hasn’t appeared in too many video games but has plenty of credits in TV shows and movies. Monique Shi is a Chinese voice actor who gives the English voiceover for Naomi Rich in Pirate Yakuza. Although she hasn’t had many leading roles, she has provided additional voices for many shows and games such as WWE 2K24, a TV show called On Call, and one called cultureshockED.
Romi Park As Queen Michele – Japanese

His most popular role is that of Captain Tatsuo Hotta in the Godzilla Minus One movie released in 2023.
Joe Seanoa As Raymond Law – English
Known as Samoa Joe in the wrestling world, Joe Seanoa makes his debut in the Yakuza series with the role of Raymond Law in the English dub of the game. Joe has been a part of the WWE, TNA as well as the AEW and has also appeared in many WWE video games over the years.
Rikiya Koyama As Taiga Saejima – Japanese
Taiga Saejima was the protagonist in Yakuza 4 and 5, but he returns in Pirate Yakuza as a boss. His voice actor Rikiya Koyama reprises his role as Saejima almost 13 years after the release of Yakuza 5. Koyama has appeared in plenty of Yakuza games over the years and his voice will be familiar to all fans of the series.
James Kirkland As Taiga Saejima – English
Although fans were disappointed to hear that Ron Yuan won’t be reprising his role as Taiga Saejima in Pirate Yakuza, James Kirkland does an equally good job. Kirkland might be familiar to fans of the Titanfall series, having voiced Major Eli Anderson in Titanfall 2. He has also voiced the Arc Warden in Dota 2 and Dota Underlords.
