As part of the Tales of the Isles event in Wuthering Waves 2.0, you can unlock the Adventures in the Water City event quest, which sends you to find 12 Echoes in different parts of Ragunna City. To unlock this quest, you must first complete the Through the Sea Thou Break quest in chapter 2 of Wuthering Waves 2.0.

What Are The Different Echo Locations In Adventures In The Water City?
Almost all of the 12 Echoes in the Adventures in the Water City quest are located in different parts of Ragunna City. As this is a very small city, these Echoes are usually very easy to find. All you need to do once you find an Echo is to interact with it in the given way to capture it. These interactions can be in the form of taking photographs or just observing them.

Plushie Squad
The Plushie Squad Echo is found in the Ragunna City square, right next to the fountain. This Echo should be fairly easy to find as you will hear its music as soon as you get close to it. To collect the Plushie Squad Echo, you must first observe it by standing next to the railing. Then, use your camera’s zoom lens and click a photograph of it. As soon as you do this, it gets added to your collection
Lucerna
Lucerna can also be easily found in the fountain in the Ragunna City Square, although it will be in the fountain itself so you might have to look closely. Similarly to Plushie Squad, observe Lucerna first, then use your zoom lens to take a picture of it.
Hadrian’s Gladiator
The portrait of Hadrian’s Gladiator is found in the Montelli Quarter, near the docks. It is very big and shiny, and tough to miss. All you need to do to claim this Echo is to walk up to the giant portrait and click the Observe button then take a picture of it.
Tubpup
Another Echo that is located in Montelli Quarter is Tubput, which is found on its northern side, towards the bathroom. Repeat the by-now familiar process to claim this Echo.
Farceur’s Faces
The Farceur’s Faces Echo is found in the Masked Reverie store in the City Square. This Echo will be in the form of three giant, singing faces which makes it very easy to find. Once you get there, stand near the glowing marker on the ground and observe it to claim your Echo entry.
Aria Mummer
The Aria Mummer Echo is also located near the center of the City Square but to complete it, you have to complete the La La Echo side quest, which can be found on your map. After completing this quest, speak to Tommaso the NPC in the City Square, then with Aria Mummer, and then with Tommaso again to complete this Echo entry.
C-Moss
You can find C-Moss towards the north of the City Square next to an NPC named Fulmine. As C-Moss is a small robot, he can be easily missed so be on the lookout for him. Once you find him, all you need to do is interact with him and take his photograph.
Gondola
The Gondola Echo is found towards the northwest of Bank Street in Ragunna City Square. You will see a huge boat next to the water as you approach this area, and you can claim it by heading up to it and interacting with it.
Signor Octopus
Although you will be able to see the gain Signor Octopus on top of a building as soon as you arrive near the center of City Square, you won’t be able to claim them by just walking up to them. Instead, find the glowing marker on top of an archway nearby and get on top of it to interact and observe the Signor Octopus.
Bakie
Bakie is one of the two Echoes found in Bank Street. Although you will come across Bankie as a part of the main quest storyline, if you’ve missed him, he can be found in the Trattoria Margherita restaurant. Observe the glowing marker on the ground next to him to mark him down as an entry.
Mercurio
Another Echo that you will come across in the main quest storyline is Mercurio, and it can also be found at the Averardo Bank Counter on Bank Street. All you need to do is go up and speak to him, and you will add him to your collection.
Lario
Lario is probably the toughest Echo to find in the Adventure in the Water City quest in Wuthering Waves 2.0, as it is the only one not actually found in Ragunna City. You will need to go to an underground cave to the west of Fool’s Elysium and near Penitent’s End island. Once you have made your way into the cave, keep going until you come across a giant turtle-like creature called Lario. You can then find the glowing marker next to it and click a photograph of Lario to complete the quest.
