This article has all the details on these Special Enemies, including how to find all of them and the rewards you get for defeating them.
All Special Enemy Locations In Rinascita In Wuthering Waves 2.0

There are a total of seven Special Enemies to be found across Rinascita in Wuthering Waves 2.0. Look for the red glowing outlines to identify them easily. Keep in mind though that some of them can be tough to fight as they all belong to Level 120. You can find all the locations of the Special Red Echoes in Rinascita below:
CHOP CHOP

CHOP CHOP is found on the northern side of the map, in a campsite near the shore. This Special Enemy will be very tough to miss as it stands out very clearly in the desolated area. You can take a look at the map given above which pinpoints the exact location of CHOP CHOP, and get there to take on the Red Elite Echo.
Plushie Gang

The Plushie Gang is found in the area between Thessaleo Fells and Averardo Vault. For a more specific location, go southeast from the Garden of the Lost, and you will eventually come across the Plushie Gang Echo in the middle of a grass-plain area, near some ruins. You can also take a Resonance Beacon from Averardo Vault, and fly southwest to find this group of enemies.
Nimbus Singers

The Nimbus Singers are probably the easiest Special Enemies to find in the Rinascita region as they clearly stand out in the Nimbus Sanctum Region. All you need to do is get to the center of the Atrium of Reflections in the center of Nimbus Sanctum. There will be a huge tower-like structure here and the Nimbus Singers will be on top of it ready to give you a battle.
Fae Blaze

The Fae Blaze are probably the toughest Red Elite Echoes to spot, as they are located in an underground cave. You can find this boss by taking the Resonance Beacon to Oakheart Highcourt in Fagacae Peninsula, and then head southeast. Once you find the building located on the map given above, you need to circle it until you find a tunnel/cave entrance that will lead you to the Fae Blaze Special Enemy.
Vitreum Duet

The Vitreum Duet are also found in an underground area but they are much easier to come across. All you need to do is head south from the Resonance Beacon in Wailing Ascent, and you will find an opening to an underground area where you will find the pair of enemies.
Knight of Sorrowful Aria

The Knight of Sorrowful Aria is found to the north of the Averardo Vault area, towards the eastern side of the map. The best way to get there is to use the Resonance Nexus in the Averardo Vault and then head east until you come across a huge open area, with a tower next to it. This open area will be the spawn location of the Knight of Sorrowful Aria, and you can take it on if you’re ready for the challenge.
Forgotten Nobles

The Forgotten Nobles are Special Red Elite Echoes that you have most likely come across if you have explored the Rinascita region at all in Wuthering Waves 2.0. These enemies are easily found in the Thessaleo Fells region, where they will be present in the middle of the bridge that leads to Twin Peaks.
